[Resolved]  Billdesk — NPS Contribution amount debited from bank but did not complete transaction and receipt is not generated.

On 10th January, 2022 I tried to make a contribution of Rs 50, 000 into my NPS account through Billdesk gateway. The amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the Billdesk page showed an error and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund of Rs 50, 000 at the earliest.

It took me 2 days. You can raise a complaint in thier billdesk website or tweet to their handle.

So I did raise a complaint on the BillDesk website on 12th Jan. I have yet to receive any update from them. Did they reach out for any additional information apart from the transaction details that you've mentioned in the complaint, like phone number?

No just the transaction details will be enough. They might get back to you through email during the evening hours.
I applied for esic my amount is debited but payment is not shown in applications form there shown failed
