[Resolved]  Billdesk — NPS Contribution amount debited from bank but not credited in NPS account

On Sunday 2nd January, i tried to make a contribution of Rs 15, 000 into my NPS account through Billdesk gateway. The amount got deducted from my ICICI bank account, but the Billdesk page showed an error and the amount was not added to the NPS account. So, now the amount is debited from my bank account but not credited to NPS account. Please see attached screenshot. Kindly help process the refund of Rs 15, 000 at the earliest.

Faced the same issue yesterday, raised complaint to Bill desk on through their portal, yet to receive a response from them.
