Dear Sir, I have paid TWO on line payments each Rs550 through Andhra Bank credit card for recharge of my BSNL mobile no:[protected].How ever it has shown both the transactions as "FAILED ".Where as my Andhra bank has debited my account with both the transactions.The details are given as under: Transaction Id Phone No Date of Transaction Status Rs TXT[protected] [protected] [protected]:29:14 Failed 550 TXT[protected] [protected] [protected]:22:07 Failed 550 Kindly help me in this regard.
