Billdesk — online payment successful but not received by merchant | |
Online payment not forwarded to Tata Sky I had recharged my Tata Sky account with Rs 1, 000/- on 03-May-2019 through online payment (google pay). I received a confirmation for the same. But my Tata Sky account was not credited. and then i called customer care regarding this issue they said wait for 5-7 business working days the amount will be credited back to your account . Till date the amount is not credited to my Tata Sky account. So I had to recharge the amount again in my Tata Sky account. Request you to refund me back the Rs 1, 000/- which was deducted from my bank account on 03-May-2019. Transaction ID[protected] dated 03-May-2019 for Rs 1, 000/- is not credited to my Tata Sky account. Was this information helpful? | |
