[Resolved]  Billdesk — ordered online

I ordered dominos pizza online on[protected] at 09:45 pm and the amount was deducted from my paytm wallet and the order was not successful.
So i got no pizza and no money either.
The order transaction id is
Jpt[protected]
The amount was rs 374.
So rs 374 was deducted for no order.
So kindly process refund of the amount deducted.

I recharged mobile for 100 rupees on 18/11/2017 at 2.35 pm and after giving the transaction details I got a response " Sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later". How can I get money refunded?
