[Resolved] Billdesk — payment debited from account but did not went through with bill desk | |||
Hi, I paid my hdfc credit card payment thorough bill desk as usually i do every month but this time when i was doing it i was done with the icici net banking part and when it was successful from the bank then the page routes back to bill desk and on that page i got error :Sorry we are unable to process your transaction.We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later.that was the message i got but when i called my bank which is icici they said it was successful from there end.my email address is g.[protected]@gmail.com, Phone number is [protected]. hope to get resolution to this soon.
