We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later. https://www.billdesk.com/pgidesk/pgijsp/error1.jsp After speaking to icici bank ltd customer care, it is informed that payment is successful and made to account of lic - lici [protected] Request you to refund the amount to bank account or credit to lic premium against which payment done. I've made booking on 19th of December for 1036 RS(Reference payment number is[protected].Its been weeks and mails to [protected]@billdesk.com are not responded, calls to[protected] are unattended.My bank has confirmed payment has been successful from their side.Can someone help?
