Billdesk — payment deducted in my account but merchant not received | |||
Time :-09:06pm Date: -22/08/2019 We were opening a new account online at axis bank, for which an amount of ₹ 10000 was sought, which we paid with phonepe upi transaction id: - icid79293e3d63a4a808a5d4de950966d66, my bank successfully paid here done, but due to payment gateway server, payment could not reach axis bank here i also went to axis bank branch, they say that no money has come to your account. If money is received in your account, your account will be activated. and i have also talked to axis bank customer care, they say that no money has come to your account. The humble request is to resolve the issue, or refund the money to our account. Was this information helpful? | |||
