I have paid DEGREE ONLINE SERVICES, TELANGANA (DOST) fee by using the BillDesk internet banking facility of the central bank. It shows that The payment has failed but money has debited from my account. I have attached the screenshots of the payment failed and the bank statement soo please sort my problem as soon as possible.Thanking you...

Hai team,
This is the complaint regarding my online payment which was done on 19th July that is Tuesday through paytm to Bharati Axa life insurance company amount of 40000 rs. The amount was deducted from my bank account and I haven’t received any confirmation from Bharti Axa life insurance company regarding the same. It has been 3 days but still have received the amount back to my account or to the company. Pls help me out in to solve the issue as soon as possible coze the due date is already crossed. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Details attached for your reference.
