Billdesk — payment failure but amount from account has deducted

On 04/05/19 i made online fee payment for jharkhand combind (Jceceb) exam of ₹900 through my cbi debit card. My transaction was failed with error "reasons: sorry! We are unable to process your transaction. But the payment is done successfully by my account and the amount is deducted from my account. And after login for several times the payment option window is open again and again to make payment.
