On 28 september, i have made an online payment of inr 8720.0 with transaction id [protected] towards payee bill desk bpc for my electricity bill no [protected] of jaipur vidyut vitaran nigam ltd. (K no –[protected]/ ac no[protected].

But i have not received any payment receipt of confirmation sms.

Kindly resolve my problem else give me contact information of your support system

On 28 September, I have made an online payment of INR 8720.0 with Transaction ID [protected] towards payee BILL DESK BPC for my electricity bill no [protected] of Jaipur Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ltd. (K NO –[protected]/ Ac No[protected].

But I have not received any payment receipt of confirmation SMS.
