Billdesk — payment for aiims mds exam done. money deducted from account. error occurred after entering otp. screen freeze. no money refunded

I have done a payment via billdesk for aiims an amount of rs 1, 500 on 06 oct 2018, the above amount has been deducted from my account but the transaction was not done. As soon as i sumitted the otp screen froze and error message received after few minutes.

Syn - inr 1, 500.00 debited to a/c no. *7263 on[protected]:31-for pos txn at[protected][protected]-aiimsothdrcard

Kindly do the needful for refunding the amount.

I recharged with 2000 in my apdcl account on 08.10.218 at 6.16 am baring consumer no[protected] name ratna nandi.. My bank account was debitted but no voucher code was generated...kindly provide me with my voucher generated code or else credit my account and provide me a solution at the earliest
