I made a payment to insurance agent via paytm. The amount has been debited at the paytm however, such amount did not reach the vendor. Problem has been at the billdesk end. I made my tata sky recharge of amount Rs. 315 on 1/04/2020 at 7:37 but it hasn't credited to tata sky and our account got deactivated but the amount has been deduced from my bank account. Kindly fix the error.
