Billdesk — payment not complete but money debited from my account. | |||||
I, sk rejaul islam, filled up an online form of psc (www.pscwbonline.gov.In) on 22nd november of, 2017. When i was redirected to the payment gateway, which was powered by billdesk, i had chosen the netbanking option of bank of india. After entering the details, when i proceeded to make the final payment of rs. 215.90, it showed connection has time out and the server at 202.61.117.72 is taking too long to respond and i try again and again but payment unsuccessful. But when i checked my bank account balance, its showing debit of rs. 215.90 one times., i. E, rs. 215.90 I hereby request to the concerned authority to refund my 'hard earned' money back to me as soon as possible. Wbpsc registration id - bar0001510 Bank of india savings a/c no. I had made a payment of Rs 1048. 72 towards APEPDCL electricity bill payment on Nov 22, 2017. Cash was deducted from my account but the transaction was incomplete. Need immediate refund. My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
