Billdesk — payment not credited to beneficiary account

I made a online transaction from my icici account through billdesk. The transaction reference number is[protected]. The amount is still not credited to my beneficiary account. I have already reached out to [protected]@billdesk.com but still no response. All the customer care numbers given in their site is not reachable as well.

Could you please look into this and let me know the status

Can anyone share the Bill desk contact number for Chennai. The one which is given in their site is not reachable. It goes for a long ring but no one picks the call
