Dear all, I had done my payment of jio prime no. [protected] on dated 26.08.2017 through canara bank Payment ref no. Is billdsk-jcnb[protected]-billdsk of rs. 399. But jio customer care says they did not get any payment and stop my internet activity. They do not find this transaction and i did not print the copy of payment Kindly look into it and reply asap.
