[Resolved] Billdesk — Payment not received and receipt not generated

I have made online payment of nbpdcl bill for amount rs. 188 through sbi internet banking. The amount has been deducted from bank account but not received by nbpdcl. The transaction reference no. Is igaazkbef5 for rs, 188 on 20-mar-17 06:47. My consumer account no. Is[protected] for nbpdcl.co.in
Please resolve my problem immediately so that payment is made on due date. The due date for payment is 21 march.

I have made my RBL credit card payment of rs 2, 398 on 20th Jan through bill desk. Amount has been deducted from my HDFC account but not credited to my RBL account.
