I am not getting the name of agency to whom payment is made.

I have made my RBL credit card payment of rs 2, 398 on 20th Jan through bill desk. Amount has been deducted from my HDFC account but not credited to my RBL account.
i m worried as RBL and HDFC both has not received the payment. I have mailed to bill desk but there is no response. Please look into the matter and help immediately. Pls confirm the status of my payment

I have made online payment of lic bill for amount rs. 16, 717/- through canara internet banking. The amount has been deducted from bank account but not received by lic. The transaction reference no. for rs, 16, 717/- on 30-jan-20 .
