Billdesk — Payment not received still | |||
I have received no response from billdesk regarding my earlier query of non-reaching of rs 320000 from sbi to motilal oswal on 28.04, though copy of transaction have been enclosed in the mail sent to pgsupport. I have sent rs320000 from my sbi a/c to motilal oswal mutual fund through billdesk payment gateway. The company (Motilal) hasn't received the amount till time. Sbi is confirming that the sum has been debited from my account which is evident from the account statement. A copy of the same has been sent to [protected]@billdesk.com. They have been contacted on 28.04.29.04.30.04 and 01.05 with no avail. Is the complaint resolved? Nooooooo Was this information helpful? | |||
