Billdesk — payment paid successfully via goolepay but my gsrtc ticket didn't book.

Respected sir,

This is to inform you that,
I made the payment for MSRTC ticket booking, Today on 20th March 2019 at 8:02 AM, but amount is debited from my GooglePay account and unfortunately my ticket didn't get booked.. payment is rs 135.
So requested to please refund the rs 135 as soon as possible In my account.
