Billdesk — payment successful to bill desk but cat 2020 form status is still showing payment unsuccessful and form not submitted

I was paying the application fee of rs.2000 for cat 2020. I scanned the qr code from billdesk upi and paid using bhim upi, my bob account got debited (Reference number[protected] but it's showing payment failed on the application form. Requesting an immediate refund. Please resolve as soon as possible.
