I chose billdesk option to pay while completing cat 2020 registration, selected upi under billdesk, scanned the qr code through paytm app and paid through my kotak account, the amount of 2000 rs was deducted from my account but the registrtion page showed error and therefore was not completed.
Please let me know how and when will i get my refund, it is not a small sum of money. Please refund as soon as possible.

    I have made a payment for my cat 2020 application through billdesk using phonepe upi on 11th of september 2020. Money got deducted from my bank account but it's not reflecting on my cat application. Even after waiting for 72 hours as suggested by cat helpdesk
    It's still not reflecting on my application. As the deadline for applications submission is 16th september 2020 if the issue is not resolved my whole preparation of last 2 years will be wasted. Please help me in resolving this issue. I have already mailed this issue to billdesk @ [protected]@billdesk.com.

      On september 11 (Friday), i paid cat 2020 application fee of rs 2000 and the amount got debited from the bank account. But the payment status in the application form has been showing 'f' since then and it has been over 64 hours. I would like to know whether it will be successful soon or refund will be initiated and i'll have to pay again since the deadline is on september 16th (Wednesday).

      The payment status in the application form turned to 'S' from 'F' within almost 72 hrs of UPI payment through BillDesk. The application form was submitted successfully but confirmation mail is not received yet.

        I have submitted my payment of my cat 2020 form by scanning the qr code upi and paid the amount of ₹2000. The transaction was successful at my end but the transaction status is shown as unsuccessful in my application form. Please refund my money so that i don't have to pay any other unnecessary amount. Please resolve fast as the last date of form submission is 16th sept 2020.

            Issue has been resolved
            Amount of Rs.2000 for CAT 2020 application deducted from Bank account but it's showing payment failed on the application form. I raised the query with CAT 2020 Help desk but it has already been 72 hours and yet the payment confirmation was not provided and refund was also not provided. Please help. Tomorrow is last day to fill the application please help.

                I have made a payment via upi bill desk for my cat application fee of ₹2000 and payment is successful and money deducted from my end but application form was not submitted as it is showing payment failed. Will i get refund or you would transfer the amount to them. The application window is gonna end 05:00 pm 16 sep 2020. Help it's very urgent.

                  Sir, on 12th september around11 pm, i did the payment and a new page opened with the message "approved successfully"but below that message it is written that "your form could not be uploaded" but the money has been deducted from my account and still there is no confirmation message received from your side... What should i do? Pls sir help me.. Only 2 days left for the form filling to end...

                  Only one day remaining, do something fast...how can you be so slow, while taking the money you were too fast ...but when it comes to help, you guys are nowhere to be found, i also filled the form for neet(twice) but never experienced this kind of thing, bill desk sucks...

                    I orderd shoes from sketchers 4-9-2020, amount debited through billdesk from my account, but after that payment page closed and order not placed and not confirmed, so what is reason, please help me and check status of payment

                      I had paid amount of rs. 2000 for cat application form submission through phonepe upi. The amount was deducted from my bank account and transaction status on the upi app was shown successful, however, my application was not submitted citing that the transaction was not successful. Please look into this issue asap as the deadline for form submission is 16 september 2020

                          I am shivendra pandey an aspirant of cat 2020, i have made payment after fill the application form on 8th of september via upi and the amount of rs.2000 was deducted from my account and status was showing failed and i have registered my complaint at the helpdesk on the website itself and they told me to wait for 48 to 72 hrs to get refund and i was waiting but till now no action is taken against my complaint and the end date is so close. Who will be responsible for this issue. Please take action regarding this so that i could successfully fill the application form.

                            I sent a email to both BillDesk and cat helpdesk. Billdesk replied that they received my money. Cat said it will reflect after 48-72 hr. Form submitted after 2 days.

                                  Have you made the payment again in order to submit the form? Or will you be waiting for 2 days for updation of payment status since registation is closing on 16/09/2020.

                                  Same here, i tried calling the help desk but no one is picking the call. I am confused whether to do the payment again or status would get updated...or should i wait for the refund first...
                                  Even my payment was failed on[protected] at around 10pm and raised ticket for the same. Will wait for few more hours and will decide accordingly.

                                    While submitting the CAT 2020 form, the transaction was successful, but the form was not submitted. I resubmitted the form with a new transaction. The form was submitted then. However, the money was deducted twice from my account.
                                    Kindly look into the matter and refund the money as early as possible.

                                      It has been nearly 20 days. Haven't received anything from your side nor have I received my money.. There is no other way of contacting you.. It's frustrating.. I think I may have to lean towards some strict measures to get my money back.
