I have made a payment via upi bill desk for my cat application fee of ₹2000 and payment is successful and money deducted from my end but application form was not submitted as it is showing payment failed. I made a payment of rs 2000 via billdesk upi and the transaction is indicated successful on googlepay. however, on iimcat server the payment reflects failure and my form which is seeing a deadline on 16th september remains unsubmitted.

Have you made the payment again in order to submit the form? Or will you be waiting for 2 days for updation of payment status since registation is closing on 16/09/2020.
I have faced the exact same problem and I camt understand if should repay and submit application or wait. What shall you do?
Same here, i tried calling the help desk but no one is picking the call. I am confused whether to do the payment again or status would get updated...or should i wait for the refund first...

Even my payment was failed on[protected] at around 10pm and raised ticket for the same. Will wait for few more hours and will decide accordingly.
While submitting the CAT 2020 form, the transaction was successful, but the form was not submitted. I resubmitted the form with a new transaction. The form was submitted then. However, the money was deducted twice from my account.
Kindly look into the matter and refund the money as early as possible.

I had to pay the amount twice to cat because the first time i scanned the qr code then the payment was sucessful but the form submission failed,
2 nd time was sucessful because i had entered the upi i'd manually
