[Resolved]  Billdesk — rbl credit card amount deducted through billdesk payment but not credited

My name is sanjay pimple, i have paid rs rs.56, 261.32/- towards my rbl credit card using bill desk on 04 dec 2019 transaction details — (04 dec 2019, narration — rhdf[protected]-billdkratnakarbankli, ref. No. [protected] of rs. 56, 261.32), the transaction processed and the amount deducted from my hdfc account but the credit card bill was not paid. Plz look into the issue resolve it as soon as possible bcoz due date is 8th dec19 to pay my bill. (I have given above transaction details and reference no. From my hdfc bank account, also find attached acknowledgment by hdfc by mail and sms for your reference and record)
