I had process the online payment for rbl bank credit card through rbl mob app portal for an amount 20583.12 from icici bank but amount 20583.12 has been debited from my icici bank account with transaction id "bil/onl/[protected]/ratnakar b/rtncard" but got the error massage "reason: sorry. We were unable to process your transaction. We apologise for the inconvenience and request you to try again later." from the page of billdesk.com. Please check & do the needful asap.
