I have recharged my jio number via google pay. Money has got deducted from my account but recharge has not happened. When contacted Jio customer care, they have confirmed that they have not received any amount for recharge on my number. Kindly refund my money (rs.349) back to my account. Below are the transaction details. Kindly look into this issue asap.
