Billdesk — refund of amount of indigo billdesk payment

I tried to book indigo flight on 20th april, 2018 through axis bank net banking payment option, the amount of rs. 4, 445 got deducted from my bank account, but no booking was done. No further intimation was given either by airlines nor by billdesk about the refund of the payment. Please look into the matter. Reference for booking :inb/[protected]/indigo airlines (Billdesk)/na
