Billdesk — request for a refund since the policy has not been issued | |||
Bajaj allianz website asked for payment for 2 wheeler insurance on 18/09/2019, payment was done through paytm wallet and reciever was "billdeskutil". I have completed payment transaction history and i emailed bajaj allianz for refund if policy not generated or to issue a policy, but since 2days they are not responding. As per bajaj allianz they are asking for reference number which is generated after payment, but after the payment was complete the website hanged and an error message "page not found" came. And hence bajaj allianz is clearly refusing for help. I have repeatedly emailed them as reminder, but mo response at all. The problem is that they are using a third party payment system so they should be prompt enough to track the payment, but as per promise to respond within 24 hours, they are not responding. Hereby i would like to request for a refund since the policy has not been issued.
