Dear sir, I tried to book a jio mobile through jio app at 24 august 2017. I did my transaction through bill desk using my hdfc debit card. The amount got debited from my account. But the transaction shows as failure in jio. I did for 2 times both the time got failure so im sharing both my transaction reference no which is reflecting in my hdfc statement. 1. Reference no. Jf[protected] & 2. Referance no.[protected] I hope it ll get refunded to my account back soon. Please take a step to slove this issue asap. Same problem happened with me. I was booking from my phone. After payment yhrough net banking, the page did not respond. I dis not get any reference no also.

They Immediately called me after complainting and asked for my card number card backside no otp and password.

I was trying to book jio phone today but after successful payment (money was deducted from my bank) a page showing transaction failed appeared. I have also not received any message from jio. Please try to resolve the issue at earliest.

I have booked reliance Jio phone on 25/08/2017 the amount of RS 500/- is paid by SBI Internet banking with transaction ID JSBI[protected]IGABWWFXE2 Amount deducted but the phone booked confirmation is not recieved.kindly arrange for resolving the issue.
