Billdesk — ticket booking amount deducted but booking unsuccessful

I on 5th dec 17 i used billdesk service for msrtc booking. An amount of rs 614.42 has been deducted from my hdfc bank a/c bearing reference no[protected], bur ticket booking is unsuccessful. I have not received ticket copy through mail, no booking sms and no booking details in booking history of this msrtc website. Kindly help and reimburse the same amount at the earliest
