Billdesk — transaction completed, money deducted. but didn't get confirmation for jio phone.

I was doing a transaction for jio phone through their app. But after i paid for the jio phone my money got deducted. But i didn't receive any confirmation message.

Jio are asking me to wait for some time, but i want to know if my transacation completed or not. Kindly refund my money pls. It's a request. Please
