Billdesk — transaction done but bill not paid

Hi i am Dr. Gurinder Singh from Ludhiana. I made a payment of my bsnl wimax bill of 758 rs through billdesk on 18 sept 2014 at 10:37 pm. Payment was debited from my SBI bank account but the bill was not paid. I have a sms from SBI bank saying payment made towards billdesk.com. Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card for a purchase worth Rs758 on POS [protected] at Billdesk.com_BillPay txn#[protected] Please resolve this.
