Hello sir/madam, I tried two transaction of rs.400 in favour of pondicherry university on 12th april 2017 and on 13th april 2017, that is total amount rs.800. Transaction was failed, but amount was debited from accounts. Ref id - isbi[protected]gabcysvf2 And tranaction id - iu[protected] These are two accounts from where amount was debited. I just now recharged my jio no. [protected] with Rs 309 by netbanking and I have seen the message ' hot payment successful ' and my bank account got debited.But mobile recharge didn't happen.I would like to know where my money has gone if jio didn't received it, and I want my money refunded as soon as possible.
