Billdesk — transaction failed but money were deducted

there were 2 failed transaction while paying ipu counseling fee(Rs.1011.24) . it didn't get paid but the amount was deducted. i paid it through net banking . the OTC were- 1) MCRP[protected] (dated 8/6/14) 2) MCRP[protected] (dated 10/6/14) please look into this. thank you
