Hi Last night I was trying to pay my SBI credit card bill of Rs 4500 from SBI debit card using SBI paynet service via Billdesk. After making payment, while returning back from the payment gateway to the Transaction confirmation page, the session seemed to be expired and a message appeared on the page saying "No Data Received". And after that I got a message from my bank that "Thank you for using your SBI debit card 622XX0832 for a purchase worth Rs4500 on POS [protected] at Billdesk.com_Billpay txn#[protected]" at 11.59pm on[protected]. I request you to please check this ASAP and revert my money back to my account

      I Savitha Deepak Tejwani having a saving account in Indian Overseas Bank Account No being[protected] made an online debit card transaction to pay Bajaj Fin Corp EMI on the 14th of March 2014 for Rs.2716/- to BILLDESK. The debit immediately reflected in my above mentioned IOB account for Rs.2726/-. But, this transaction was unsuccessful. But the amount has not credited back to my account nor the beneficiary’s account. It has been more than a month now, we have placed complaints too many times to the bank but they say to raise a compalint at the BILLDESK Please do the needful and see that the amount is retrieved back to my account Transaction Details - IOB-BILLDESK FPG[protected]-[protected]

            Dear sir, Since from 24/6/2014, the recharge amount Rs 220/ has been paid to DISHTV VIA instpay BILLDESK mode of payment from SBI net banking site.However, the amount has been debited from my account having transaction ref no-IGV 9865683 but your service not yet paid to dish tv. I do request you to look into the matter and pay it to dish tv at earliest. lest i take shelter of the consmer court and appeal to debarred fraud service rendered by such institution. with regards harekrishna mishra khariar

                    It is a matter of great regret that being a bsnl alltime customer, i pay all bills through bsnl-portal. On last day i made two transactions through online postpaid mobile bill payment, on 25/06/2014 for rs.157/= at 21:46 hours and again for rs.157/= at 21:54 hours through your bsnl-billdesk, mumbai. But both the transactions were approved by union bank of india, mumbai, but the payments were not received by bsnl.So, i fervently pray you to take urgent action to refund the both amounts to my same credit card a/c.From which both transactions were done.                       I am a post paid PhotonMax HCL CUG customer. This month 25th I have tried to pay 1, 011.00. rupees from tatadocomo portal towards my latest bill. Unfortunately transaction was unsuccessful after the bank payment, money has been deducted and I haven't received any refund yet.                         Today we have ordered only one Oleva ladies faux leather wallet from shopclues.com, it costs 227, but the amount debited twice(454) from my account. I got a orderd success mail from shopclus only once... what to do?

                        Billdesk wesbite does not respond

                        Billdesk does not seem to work most of the time. Not working for me from the US for paying on HDFC Life or Bajaj Allianz websites, both of which get stuck at the same place, when connecting to Billdesk. Indian banks need to use alternative providers which actually work.

                            The amount was deductedfrom my bank but status is pending and the transaction was done on june 6 2014 at 9AM
                            On the transaction slip it was mentioned that if transaction is not completed the amout will be reverted to my account within 5 days but till today 13th June no revert has taken place
