[Resolved] Billdesk — Transaction Failed Money deducted twice. Not Refunding. | |||
i was doing a online shopping on 16/05/14 on shopclue site.. at payment gateway transaction failed, however, amount of Rs 849 was deducted twice from my account. i contacted Billdesk on 22nd, was informed to send email to [protected]@billdesk.com with info.. i have done the same, and waited until 26/05/14 for response. now on 26/05/14 when i call again i am again asked to send another email with details and was wait for 24Working Hours(i.e., 3Business Days).
