Billdesk — transaction failure of revaluation

I am a student of s. R. K. R engineering college. I payed rs.1000 for revaluation through bill desk by qr using google pay. After the amount is debited and there is no confirmation message i lost my rs.1000. There are no information about transactions and the transaction blog in my college website is showing me that there are no transactions that i have done. Please help me in this matter.

In my account 1000 rs debited but not processed to 10cric please deposit my 1000 rs to 10cric immediately from my account 1000 rs debited by you but still you are not process of amount to 10cric
