Billdesk — transaction not cleared

Sir,
I made a bill payment (25562/-) to icici credit card through sbi anywhere app. Sbi confirmed that the transfer of amount to billdesk account ([protected]) ref. No. Ub00397924 dated.18.9.17. But till now it not cleared to biller (Icici card biller). The billdesk has no customer call support.
It is very dissatisfied with the services.
Please resolve the isue immediately .
