I purchase i phone 4 worth ₹3699/- on ebay through bill desk... Amount debited from bank but transaction not successfull... My transaction id :[protected]... Plz refund my money... I paid rs.3699/- using bhim upi through bill disk on ebay but transaction not successfull... Plz refund my money... Bhim app shows "success" but ebay won't show anythings regards my order... Plz check
