Billdesk — ts sbtet /amount is deducted but transaction is not processed

I paid the exam fee of ts sbtet through billdesk gateway and the amount was deducted from my account but not updated in ts sbtet and it shows at last transcation is not processed but amouny is deducted
I have given the details below:

Please revert my amount to my bank account

I paid supply fee to sbtet ts 550 but fee payment is failed nd amount is debited from my account I tried 3times even same thing happened 1650is debited
Till now I didn't get my money back
