[Resolved]  Billdesk — unable to perform transaction

Hello I made a payment of 1100 through online banking from sbi bank for online exam conducted by IIT Madras .
Money has been deducted from my account .
But I am getting the message sorry unable to process your transaction . Can you plz let me at what is status of my payment or revert back the money.
