I paid ₹1392.04 from united bank of india net banking to wbsedcl bill payment, but money was debited from my a/c nd bill was not paid.. It still shows pending from billdesk when i check it from wbsedcl website.. Plz watch urgently as this is the last date of bill payment..

I was going to pay my electricity bill in WBSEDCL through billdesk with debit card today at 8: pm. My payment was unsuccessful but my account is debited.
Debited amount: Rs990

Date of payment: 04/09/2017
When payment is unsuccessful it shows 505 not found
Please help me...
