Billdesk — with reference to kbl[protected] payment of rs 3125 deducted in our account and not credited to esic account

Dear sir
i had made the transaction with reffernce number BILLDESK M click KBL[protected] for Rs 3125 from karnatakabank to ESIC payment through Billdesk gateway on 29.9.2017 BUt payment not credited in ESIC account where as Rs 3125 is debited from my account or not credited to my account i have checked today on 03.10.2017 but still payment of rs 3125 is not credited to my karnatakabank account and nor credited to ESI Account please solve this issue at earliest

Updated by lasya91 dear sir on 29.10.2017 we have made the transaction through bill desk from karnataka bank with reffrence number billdesk mclick KBL[protected]TO GOVERNAMENT ORGANISATION OF ESIC FOR RS 3125 BUT SAIS PAYMENT NOT CREDITED TO ESIC ACCOUNT SYSTEM NOR IT IS NOT CREDITED BY REVERSAL TO MY KARNATAKABANK ACCOUNT PLEASE CHECK AND DO THE NEED FULL AT EARLIEST

During the payment for aiims pg entrance exam registration, payment was made twice but the process of registration failed. So kindly refund the fee paid
