My brother's firm's current account no. [protected] is continue in andhra bank s. N. Road firozabad. Bank manager told them " if you purchase india first life insurance company 's policy after 2 years you will get your amount with 9% interest p. A. My father and brother are not enough literate to understand the policy's matter which is in english. S. P. Pathak and akash sharma made them fool so my father purchased this policy. My father and brother purchased a insurance policy on 24/12/2016 (D. O. C) with premium 103109.00+g. S. T. Policy no. 70366380. They paid two premiums from purchased date. After two years when they went to the bank for surrender their policy bank staff and manager denied for give any amount and said to my father only 60, 000rs will give you. After this my father came in trauma. We also filed the complain to the bank and insurance company (India first life insurance) but they did not give any satisfactory reply and told us to continue this policy. We are not capable to continue this policy. They replied us that we took return our complaint on telephonic conversation but we did not return us complaint. This is very shameful thing for bank manager and india first life insurance company. They only tried to make fool persons sold their policies with giving wrong information. Please return my father's amount with interest.
