Dear sir/madam,

I want to inform you that o had a medical insurance with bajaj allianz, but when i applied for the cashless system, they denied it. They said that your mother is having a disease before taking your policy but my mother had no disease before. The doctor also wrote clarification on the letterhead, but they still denied. After denning the bajaj allianz, i had also complained yo irdai but i got the same reason from the irdai. Please find the attached related documents for your reference.

      मैं जीतन सिंह पुत्र विंध्याचल सिंह ग्राम तरकुलही पोस्ट समदारखुर्द जिला गोरखपुर का मूल निवासी हूं! मैंने किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड से लोन लिया हूं! मेरी फसल बर्बाद हो गई थी! मैंने यूनिवर्सल sompo जनरल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी लिमिटेड से फसल बीमा कराया था !मैंने यूनिवर्सल sompo जनरल इंश्योरेंस कंपनी में 13/03/20 को कंप्लेंट किया था जिसका मुझे फसल बीमा का कंप्लेंट यूनीक इआईडी मिला जो है UP21601225 ! अभी फसल बीमा कंपनी ने कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की मेरी फसल बर्बाद हो गई थी मुझे कोई मुआवजा नहीं मिला और मैंने कंपनी में बहुत से इमेल किया हूं मैंने कंपनी में बहुत सारी मेल किया हूं मगर कंपनी की तरफ से कोई जवाब नहीं आया और मैंने मेरा केसीसी एसबीआई से है मेरा केसीसी अकाउंट ही मेरा इंसुरेंस पेपर है कोई भी मेरा क्रॉप इंश्योरेंस फसल बीमा को बैंक में जाकर देख सकता है मेरी फसल बर्बाद हो गई है मुझे मुआवजा का मुझे बहुत आवश्यकता है! दिनांक 19/04/20 की रात में ओला के साथ साथ बारिश हुई जिससे पहले की बारिश में बची हुई फसल को भी नुकसान हुआ किसान क्या करें! कंपनी वाले केसीसी का इंश्योरेंस का पैसा काट लेते हैं लेकिन जब मुआवजे की बात आती है तो नहीं देते हैं!
      अतः आपसे विनम्र निवेदन है कि मेरे केसीसी की फसल बीमा का मुआवजा दिलवाने की कृपा करें!

          I want to complaint about cigna mediclaim insurance co.. They have promised to give cashless but rejected after that told me about reimbursement but now rejected that also by saying its a pre existing disease but that is totally wrong as i have all the proofs that it is sudden onset jst 45 days before this disease... I have all the doctors proof but they are not at all listening... Plz help me as soon as possible

            1) this is to inform you that jaipur branch hdfc agent of hdfc standard life insurance company and its authorised agent fraudulently sold 4 life insurance policies to my retired father in law, shri ashok narayan bhise, (Retired from jaipur dairy, as casual worker, on 30/06/2016 with no other income source) with heavy annual premium totalling to rs 3, 24, 748/- for next 10 yrs. Or 15 yrs.

            2) the agent gave a misrepresentation that these are personal pension policies, with only one time premium payment and like fixed deposit, policy-holder will get back his money along with interest, after three years.

            3) on the basis this misrepresentation of one time premium policies, the agent got the policy forms, which were in english, (My father in law is 8th std pass and doesn’t know english well) signed by him and acquired blank cheques from him and thus fraudulently sold 4 hdfc life policies of hdfc standard life insurance company ltd, to him.

            4) when after three years, my father in law went to hdfc standard life insurance company’s jaipur office, the branch people told him that these are annual premium policies with term of 10 yrs. Or 15 yrs. And are lapsed due to non-payment of further annual premiums. He was shocked as the agent has told him that all the policies he purchased in 2016, were one time premium policies.

            5) the basic question is on what basis, the hdfc standard life insurance company along with its authorised agent sold these polices of heavy annual premium totalling to rs 324748/- payable for next 10 yrs. Or 15 yrs., to my retired father in law, who doesn’t have any other source of income?

            6) is it so that hdfc standard life insurance company, keeps on issuing the policies without properly informing the client about future premium payment or verifying future earning capacity of its client?

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                When I tried to pay for my yearly premium on 16th or 17th of Feb 2019, I realized that payment is already done through my Credit card account. I called HDFC ERGO Customer care twice or thrice, Customer care representatives confirmed me twice that Payment is done through 'agency' on 5th Feb and not through Auto-pay/ Standing instruction kind of. May please refer the audio calls of Feb 2019 17th/18th.

                HDFC Bank (The credit card Bank) still did not confirm that there was any auto-debit or how the payment is done, without any transaction (Consent) and even without any information. HDFC Bank requested me to ask the same query to HDFC ERGO through email.

                Requested HDFC ERGO the same query through email. HDFC ERGO did not respond.

                I had to send a reminder to HDFC ERGO to get a response. They confirmed this time that the payment is done through Auto-Pay which is completely different from their previous response. I am a sensitive and sincere customer. I did not do any act till now which can be valued as my consent or in agreement to go for an yearly debit. In general practice too for my utility and credit card bills I never go for Auto-debits and in this case the Premium amount is negotiable (check the last 10 years record).

                There is no sms sent by HDFC ERGO prior or after the payment. They have sent the Insurance policy certificate on 10th Feb through email.

                Moreover, In cases of ECS payment I know and Auto debits (I know from my friends) that there are communications from the Beneficiary banks/Merchants just before the ECS monthly debits and also there are communications of Receipt particularly in cases of Auto Debit.

                It is a clear case of the Insurance company going for an illegal transaction having encrypted my card details during 2018. Contrarily HDFC ERGO Representative Vaibhab has tried to contest me rudely and threatened whether I should continue the policy or not (Most unwanted question now)

                Request for necessary remedy and necessary action.

                  Sir,

                  I have purchased a policy "smart assure"from dhfl pramerica and paid my first installment in feb, 2018. After going through the policy documents and inquiring with the company about the terms of the policy i came to know that the terms explained to me for the policy by the concern agent was mis-communicated and mis-guided. Now i an getting call for the concern for making payment for the 2nd installment, i asked them to refund my premium amount as the benefits explained to me was not anywhere mentioned in the policy doc and even the company has not confirmed for the same.
                  The concerned replied me that the premium paid by you of an amount of rs 52, 251/- is not refundable, it means my premium amount is lost just because of mis-communication and mis-guiding from the agent of the company. Please help me out from this, i want my hard earn many refunded back to me.

                      I have taken health policy of hdfc ergo on dated-11.05.2018 onwards..
                      And due to medical emergency i have taken treatment at hirawati lab & research centre, keshav nagar distt singrauli (Mp) on dated-18.10.2018 to 21.10.2018. This hospital was not under cashless network because there is no any cashless hospital around 200km near to my residential and during medical claim surprised to get the message where written "as per the document's submitted the claim was found to be misrepresented" from hdfcergo. [protected]@hdfcergo.com on dated-13.01.2019 wherein i am completely unknown where to misrepresented all the documents pertaining to claim provided to hdfc for settle the claim but they are trying to not settle the claim i feels now. Sir neither the hospital nor patients treatment is invalid. Totally treatments are genuine and claimed for policy benefit.
                      So pl re-open my existing claim file and investigate properly and clear the due from your kind help & support.

                          I want to inform you that the sales agent (Mr. Rajeev Gupta) of PNB MetLife cheated me by miss-selling the policy. He got my mobile number as a reference from my colleague (who already bought a policy from Mr. Rajeev Gupta and on behalf of his policy No.[protected] he called me and i purchased an Endowment saving plan plus scheme ( as my colleague bought) in the month of March 2018. My policy number is 22533592. As per agent the Simple Revisionary bonus rate is calculated at the rate of 7% per annum but when I checked it online after getting my policy document, first rider (accidental rider)was not added as per commitment and secondly on the website it is mentioned that company paid it at the rate of 3% simple interest. He also committed of the 15-25 % per annum rate of the terminal bonus starting from the 10th year and a sum was assured 48-49 lacks minimum but as per company website it was maximum 15%. I have received my bond paper after a month i.e 29th April 2018 after seeing the document then I found that rider was missing and I didn’t found anywhere the percentage and sum assured by the agent. Number of time i tried to contact to sales agent Mr. Rajeev Gupta by the telephonic call or through a sms on WhatsApp but he didn’t reply later on I received a sms on my WhatsApp from Mr. Rajeev Gupta i.e “wait for…..few hours….I’ll cl u…sir…m outside” but when I didn’t receive any call from him then I started to call Regional Manager Mr. Ashwini. After discussion with Mr. Ashwini, he came to my house with Mr. Vikram and he assured me that revisionary bonus max 3.5-4% and terminal bonus max 15% and you will get sum assured minimum 42-44 lacks and asked me to submit further document of my spouse to add accidental rider. Mr. Ashwini took my policy paper back for change it but I received my bond paper once again on 5th September 2018 in which the that rider was not added yet. I and my colleague send a complained to their customer care a mail id ([protected]@pnbmetlife.co.in) to terminate our policy in June 2018 but my colleague got the confirmation (Policy No.[protected] for termination his policy but I didn’t get till now. I have send mail to the customer care number of time but every time I got almost same reply that you didn’t raise any concern within 15 days and after some time they replied me that we are not going to entertain anymore.Parallely I complained to online consumer forum www.consumehelpline.gov.in vide complained number 945857 and 856717. He has cheated me by miss-selling this policy. I am requesting to you to look into the matter personally asap and terminate my policy and return my money. I will wait for next seven days otherwise I will move to the court.

                            Hi I bought a policy of HDfC 3 to 4 years ago.
                            At that time my broker said me that I ll get gurranted Bonus on my policy at maturity around 12 to 14 lakhs I was not mature I was just 21 so I did not have much knowledge about this I bought this to save money for my safe future as I am an orphan. After this to make all things sure I made a call to customer Center of hdfc life insurance and that employee told me that sir you will get the bonus but we could not tell you the exact amount it depends on the performance of company and he included that if the performance will be at the lowest than you will get minimum 4 lakhs at the time of maturity and if it performs great than it will be above 10 lakhs I got satisfaction through that and one day I got a call from IRDAI regarding how your policy amount is being used by the company the company will give you that statement in written format so I said them yes I want it and the very next day I got a call from hdfc life insurance noida. He started to explain the basic information of my policy and then he mentioned that the bonus you will get at maturity is not guaranteed may be you will get or may be you will not and then I suggest me to lodge a file against the broker through bima lokpal he filed a complaint and told me the complaint no. Next day I got a call from bima lokpal Mumbai. He listened my whole story and then he said you can change your policy and company to another policy and company and in hastiness I said him yes and then I bought a policy he suggested me. He said your all money of hdfc life will be sent to your new company Aviva as a third party money but now it is about 5 to 6 months I have no confirmation either my money has sent to Aviva as a third party or not and now those people are just giving me excuses day by day that you will get the statement but I got nothing please help me I have lost my money I saved for my college fees. I have nobody to suggest me the right way please contact me [protected]

                              My name is javed khan 6 month before employee of future generalli life insurance comoany ltd. Employee name ajay dan and manju saini the came to me and sale me a policy future generali assured education plan .they told me all things lie about policy that u have to deposit Rs.3, 42, 060 in twelve years. After twelve years u will gate thirteen to fourteen lacs Rs. On this commitment of ajay dan and manju saini i give him.30, 000 rs. Cheque. And i purchase this policy.
                              After 10 to 15 days i gate policy bond kit.and i read it i found everything is wrong which ajay dan and manju saini was told me about policy. Than i called to ajay dan and discuss about policy i tell him the policy which one u told me all is different. As per ajay dan and manju saini commitment u will gate thirteen to fourteen lacs and here in bond i chack everything here am gatting only 4, 85, 270 rs .
                              Ajay dan say to me u don't know about policy.tommorrow i will come to you and i will tell you everything.
                              From that day hi didn't come to me, i call him continuesly he did not response to me, and be did not come to me.than i went to future generali office for a complaint of ajay dan and mnju saini regards this policy.
                              I told whole story to custumer care employee of future generali life insurance co. Ltd. He said to me before complaint i[censored] want to meet ajay dan and may be he clearified your all problems and after that he called ajay dan i met with ajay dan i tell him why u was cheting with me ajay dan accept his mistake he apllogie with me. And he said i will pay your all 30, 000.rs. with in 1 month but i tell him i want now than hi give me 20, 000 cheque of his account . I received the cheque and he said after 15 days u can clear this cheque in your account .
                              After 15 days the cheque was deposited by me in my bank account but cheque was bounse continusly 2 time, again i called to ajay dana nd manju saini they were told me we will gave u all amount with in one month but after one month they didn't give me any single amount.after this i again went to future generali life insurance branch for complaint for ajay dan and manju saini than branch officer informed me ajay dan was resigned from with this branch.he can not take any action on ajay dan . He said i[censored] want to do complaint u can write a application against against future generali and ajay dan.we wrote application against ajay dan and manju saini and submitted in the future genrali life insurance co ltd. After 10 days we got a mail from future generali they wrot on mail we can not do anything because all the policy are right. Now i want to do complaint against future generali and ajay dan and manju saini for this fraud. Plese kindly do something for me and take a action on them.

                                As a layman customer he was and no one will come to know his health situation in policy term.
                                He met critical bypass surgery in jul-1991 because of which he could not pay renewal premium on time, lic rejected all his request to inforce all policys on health grounds.
                                If a rich customer pays all his renewals on time inspite of any critical health situation in pt he gets all his policy benefits.

                                Respected Justice, I am 67 yrs widow still struggling in my life. No any fix income no any permanent residence. It's all because LIC rejected security to family in hard times of health.
                                Sir, my husband's fault is only he was not aware of his health crises at the time of policy purchase and no one would knows future. If anyone knows he is as God.
                                LIC rejected all his efforts to secure his poor family which are still struggling since 22 yrs.
                                Policy T&C should be common for all POOR or RICH.
                                Pls help.

                                  I have purchased the first policy on 12 March 2018 and the second policy created automatically by the agent on 18 June 2018. He told me I will do top up 75k in first policy, But he created the new policy. He told me you will get 31L from first Policy after maturity. When reading the document, it was written the only 21L. I have also told to Agent regarding 21L. But he told me you will get definitely got 31 L amount. Also, he told me you can withdraw all money after 3 years. But I have called to customer card at Kotak. they told you will get only 30% of paid premium after 3 years. if I close the policy. I got stuck with 2.25 L amount. Please try to refund this from Kotak Mahindra insurance.

Once i bought policy they stopped attending my calls... they send policy after free look period.. i complaint to HDFC but they didn't take any action...                                               As per supreme court order, any driver who have private license, they can drive commercial vehicle easily and my car is working with uber.in uber there are many drivers or car owners (Private license+ commercial vehicle) attached with private license and using commercial vehicle.

                                              My driver is using private license but the oriental insurance company is not passing my claim because of my driver is using private license.                                                           I was took a kotak life policy on dated 18/5/2018, at the time of manager promises me lot of things and he didn't told me about lock in period and it's disadvantage, i blindly trust him, once i received the policy, after 6 months i come to know that this policy having some lock in period, so i call to manager but he is shifted and then i called to customer care, the lady told me that you have lock in period, i don't understand about lock in period, she explain me that if you closed the policy now then your policy will be closed and you will not get any single rupees better you convert in ecs and pay at least 3 years so you will get your deposited money, i thought i have to continue for 3 years, after 3 years i called to customer care for my money, they said if you closed your policy, we consider your policy as a surrender, i am shocked i have paid more than 162000/- now they are talking like this, i am literally depressed, i do not understand what to do, now i complain to irda against but kotak life is not taking any seriousness, i want my money back, if they told me about proper plan with lock in period, i was never enter in this matter., now they block with took lumsum about in the beganing of the policy, so i unable to take action that time, but not i want my premium about back.. They are making people full and just doing sales, this is my hard money...

                                                            I too am facing the same issue of the policy premium jumping from Rs6990 to Rs 19587. I tried speaking to them by calling the toll free number. The executive just says its increased but doesn't give a reason as to why the increase has happened. This is exploitation of the existing policyholders... Oriental Insurance or PNB ought to provide us with answers. If anyone knows why the sudden inflation of the insurance premium. Please do let us know.
