I got call from hdfc life policy agents and they offer me one policy with the 20% policy premium amount refund and also 35 year death cover include in this policy. After this he told me make more policy’s for the generate agent code and get benefits. And now they are not picking my phone and that all commitments are fail. And i did the mail hdfc life with the all phone calls recordings. But hdfc life is not supporting me and not cancelling my policy’s.

That all policy’s done by me with different name.

So please help me

    multiple policies at hdfc life with almost no benefit at all

    Hi,
    I have following policies with hdfc life with name on the policy and policy number:

    I got an call from hdfc life person mentioned that he has registered an complain at gbic as iam not getting any benefits with these policies.

    mediclaim benefits not provided by prudent brokers

    1year policy. I hospitalized at 12/11/2017 pramukh swami hospital adajan surat. I have registered claim fhpl tpa 14/11/2017. My claim no is q0257052 i have submitted all required documents for this claim. My claimed settled 20/12/2017. But amount not received my bank account.. Claim is under process by
    Till today by bharti axa general insurance company.
    My father admitted 12/11/2017 for dengue fever and anaemia (Mix). Why submitted below mail investigation report.? Because this matter did not match your query. This is clearly herresment to policy holder.

    Query :-

    A letter from treating consultant stating past history and duration of chest pain/ dm/hypertension, with all previous consultation papers and investigation reports. I also send this mail but no reply.

    I have no past history of ht so i am not having such document. For your knowledge i am having policy continuosly renewed and my claim is pending since.. You are requested to pay my claim and save the company's liability of interest.

    At summary scenario my father admitted dangue fever. I have paid approx 26000rs but bharti axa not processed complete to medical bill and my claim.. Wrong query generated and mediclaim processed not complete. Please my mediclaim amount settlement threw bharti axa general insurance company

      Respected sir i took lic policy bima account iii in feb 2011 for seven years. This policy mature in feb 2018 but i can not get lic bond of this policy. Also lic bhokar dist nanded branch office could not support me. Why i could not gey bond. But they are iresponsibe. They said me. You cont to your lic agent. We not support you. My policy is mature now but we could not get claim. Please help me

      Respected sir I took lic policy bima account iii in lic branch bhokar dist nanded policy no[protected] in feb 2011 this policy is mature in feb 2018 but I could not get lic policy bond today till date, also branch office could not support me.they said you cont to your agent .but lic agent is not in lic service today.why did I can not get lic bond.due to my policy is mature but I could not get claim.branch said without bond you cannot get claim .but branch do not gave me lic bond of this policy till date .please help me to give my policy

          In the past i have also they are not clear with the details of the policy looks you have cheated me by saying all false things..

          My original bond also not received to know the facts of policy

          I visited your branch at rdc but staff is irresponsible.

          I went twice.

          Then i have raised a complaint.

          Please kindly stop any ecs from bharti axa and do not spoil my bank credentials.

            I vidya ghadge policy holder of the above policy no. P/171119/01/2018/005605, i got admitted due to loose motion & sever to back pain to the seven star hospital at (Surabhi house, dimple arcade, asha nagar, behind sai dham, thakur complex, kandivali east, mumbai, 400101) near to my house on advice of my doctor.


            In charge doctor has made some mistake in my care paper which i was not aware. I have submitted my claim to the insurance company they have rejected my claim. I got letter from the doctor (Attached herewith) & submitted to the insurance company and then also company has rejected my claim with the same previous reason (E-mail of repudiation of claim two time attach herewith.)


            I kindly request your good selves to consider the matter and settle my claim at earliest.

              One of my customer chetram pathak had come to the insurance claim this year, then for his claim settlement, his previous policy wanted the ncb status that there was no claim in his previous policy.
              His previous policy was made by tata motors dealer through national insurance company

              Calling the tata motors dealers on the call (Toll free number[protected], they are saying that we can not give you ncb status because we do not have data and call nic toll free no.[protected] so it is saying that we can not give you ncb status because we do not have data, i have called in sagar branch (No.[protected]
              So, it is my humble request that you solve my problem quickly and get the ncb status

                    I am mr. Deepak kori from pune, i got a call from delhi by a hdfc insurance agent, he promised that take a insurance plan & get instant loan against it. I have paid the full year amount i. E rs. 40, 000/- & i was promised by the agent that i will get rs. 4, 00, 000/- loan but after paying the full year insurance amount also i didn't get the loan & the bank is also not canceling the policy.

                        Pvt ltd. (Concern person # mr. Vijay singh rathor - [protected]) they promise me that provide the loan of inr 3, 00, 000/- against this policy but when i got my policy bond they are not responding to me. So that i want to cancel my policy and want my money back. I have already submitted all document regarding cancellation in f. G. Office. But they are not responding regarding my money back.

                              I, deepak shivalal munot, had applied for a term-plan of pnb - metlife on 3rd october 2016 by paying rs 67, 436 online against their attached proposal.in the said application it was clearly mentioned that my wife, manju deepak munot, for whom also i had sought insurance cover, had undergone lumpectomy in november 2011. Subsequently, as per their requirement, all her reports were shared with them. Her pet-cts over the last 5 years (As well as her ctc report done in 2016) shared with them show that after her lumpectomy she is free of malignancy.

                              After over 5-months through e-mail dated 11th march 2017, i was informed that they cannot cover my wife while they are ready to cover me. They had, on 27th october 2016 i. E. After more than 3-weeks had e-mailed me that “due to the personal medical history of my spouse” she is being denied an insurance cover while agreeing to enrol me. While denying the cover to my wife, pnb-metlife did not clarify what new facts of her medical history did they learn subsequently to deny her the cover. Had they told us at the time of applying, i. E. Right in the beginning, that they do not cover anyone with a history of breast cancer, it would have saved us all the trouble. I am scared of the mental trauma my spouse would have to undergo if i inform her that she has been denied the insurance cover for which she had gone through all the medical examinations with me. It is just very unfair to her. It would be a big psychological blow to her. Hence i request you to ask pnb-metlife not to deny my spouse the cover they had proposed to offer.

                              Secondly, while declining to offer us the policy, they returned the premium amount of rs 67, 346 on 31st march 2017 i. E. After 6-months without any interest on such a big amount.

                                Sir,

                                I am writing to seek your help in following matter concerned with online insurance policy renewal.
                                I had mediclaim policy no 215302/48/2017/758 expiring on dated 12/07/2017 with oriental insurance co ltd (Oicl), which i tried to renew through oicl portal on 08/07/2017 but rs 7173 got debited & i received a mail (Refer to trailing mail) from portal support of oicl stating "your online transaction on our portal has failed. The amount remitted by you for this failed transaction will be refunded to you within 5 working days. You may kindly make another attempt on our portal or approach our operating office for the purchase or renewal of your policy." as per advice, i again attempted to renew policy & this time policy got renewed against another new payment of rs 7173. Two month & 12 days have elapsed since double remittance towards renewal of single policy but i have not received refund yet.in this regard, i have approached to both bank & insurance company. Bank has repeatedly confirmed that the alleged "failed transaction" was successful.
                                After failing to elicit any response from insurance company, i mailed to irda on dated 10/08/17, which was duly acknowledged, vide grievance application no is:[protected], stating matter would be addressed within 15 days. But, non of them have responded till date.
                                Now, my hope lies only with you, so please look into this matter.

                                        My name is "rajesh mulchandani" i am having an health insurance policy from united india (Policy no. [protected]p[protected] due date was 10/09/2017 and i have made online payment with transaction id (Gc[protected] on 9th of september 2017 through net-banking and amount also deducted from bank account. But i have not received any confirmation from the company and when i was visited in local office they are not able to update status for the same and asking me wait till they get any update for the same. And i have also personally met with grievance officer mr sandeep patil "assistant manager" he has also given me assurance that we will resolve this issue asap. Still not getting any response for the same.
                                        Request you to please look into the matter and help in resolve the said issue.
                                        I just want to know if this number [protected] is of an employee at your office. He is calling and asking sensitive info.

                                            And i made claim with nicl company for 30641 at april 2017 and company pass 18000 for it

                                            Then i complaint irda complaint no. Is 08_17_000153 dated 1 aug 2017 and they call me that now we pass your claim for rs 24000 and try to bargain with me to accept 24000 but i didn't accept it as i paid 30641 to hospital for treatment
                                            Second reminder one more time at 16 aug as second reminder but company didn't reply for it at irda also they suggest me to go for vima lokpal
                                            So my request is plz help me to recover my amount from company

                                              Accidently my device was damaged. I claimed as per cin no [protected] on 23/3/2016. All process completed as per guideline of the customer care. All necessary doccuments withj handset were delivered to the service center at vashi navi mumbai.

                                                  I bought two policy from kotak life "head start" plan in year 2007 for 30 lac and 10 lac for my wife. Policy number: 00628897 in the name of babulal mehta for rs. 30 lac.
                                                  And 00620671 in the name of chandrika mehta for rs. 10lac.

                                                  As per policy terms and agreement i have to pay premium rs. 1, 50, 000 every year and minimum 3 year i have to pay there after it was on my descretion to pay more premium till fund value available to pay mortality charges.

                                                  I paid some 6 lac rupees in first 4 year and there after i stop. My policy is still live and running as per policy terms. With my great surprise when i checked there statement i found they didcutting double amount than what specified in mortality charges chart they given with policy document. I complain many time but not satisfactory answer from kotak, i went their local office in rajkot but they also not able to justify deduction.

                                                  Now when i enquiry about this the reply i got from total service department is socking, they said there some rider running with your policy for that banifit charges are dedcutting.

                                                  I send them my policy and my proposal document but they are not answering.

                                                  I need they credit excess unit they deducted from my opted fund along with interest to service my policy till its life.

                                                  What is to be done?

                                                    This is to bring to your kind attention the fraudulent practice being done by bma wealth creator against my father mr ashoke kumar ghosh (Aged 70 years) in multiple cases by multiple people in your organisations by misguiding him, hiding and misrepresenting the policies taking advantage of his lack of knowledge and age.in each of the cases he has been assured that you will get back the previous amount and entrapping him investing into multiple policies. The details of the policies and the person concerned are as follows:

                                                    1. Joydeep sen (Ph no.[protected] salt lake globsyn office) has entyced him to invest into exide life (Policy no. 03185802 dated 21.09.2015) of amount rs 19684.34. Once he invested this amount the paid an amount of 15, 000 as recovery of an earlier investment in reliance. This was done to gain trust with my father.

                                                    2. Subsequently joydeep sen again called my father and asked him to invest in another policy in exide life (Policy no.03228469 dated 30.11.2015) of amount rs 19, 659.89. This was assured to my father that he would be getting back the amount along with the previous amount

                                                    3. Subsequently joydeep again advised him to invest in sigma ttk mediclaim (Policy no. Prohlto10256076 dated 29.02.2016) for an amount of rs 26, 000.

                                                    4. Subsequenty one lady called vidika adhikary (Ph no. [protected] and mobile [protected]) from the same salt lake globsyn office advised that if he invests into additional amount he would get back the previous ones. The policy imposed was exide life (Policy no. 03381558 dated 23.07.2016, policy holder is aditi ghosh his daughter in law as per advise of vidika)

                                                    5. Miss meghna ghosh (Ph no. [protected] from bma office globsyn campus, salt lake) misguided my father to invest in future generali (Policy no..2016-f0284030fre dated 24.08.2016) for an amount of 1 lakh (Partly by cash) information regarding the policy was hidden from my father and he was misguided to invest an accident insurance assuring that he will get back the money in a weeks time. However this was paid back once we approached future generali after deduction of stipulated amoun.

                                                    6. Finally one saikat sen, sreyasee bandopadhyay and abhisek banerjee (With nos [protected] and[protected] came into the picture and trapped him to invest in another policy prohlr01025921 dated 24.11.2016 for an amount 10, 000+2500+16, 700+3600=rs 32, 800 in cash and cheques

                                                    A cancelled cheque was asked from my father where a signature was forged for doing a future ecs.

                                                    They have nowadays stopped responding to any of my fathers phone calls.in all these cases the trust of an elderly senior citizen was exploited and taking advantage of his limited knowledge a heinous act was done by all the miscreant s of bma wealth.
