Dear Sir,
I had written below mail to cheater agent of PNB Metlife before two months back but not giving any response of my calls and emails for last 2 months. He had sold me policy on the pretext of waiver of old policy charges and arrange F&F final payment of old policy within 90 days alongwith bonus if you will take new policy and after 90 days switched off his both mobiles.
Forwarding below letter fyi.
You are requested to take immediate action against cheater agent and PNB metlife to whom I have already submitted complaint in writing on 11th Dec’21 alongwith more than 20 mails but no positive reply from their end.
Kindly arrange to cancel my policy and arrange refund of the same.

Please note that below mentioned PNB Metlife Insurance Policy i had taken due to misguiding by your agent with many offers like reversal of brokerage, release of policy bonus, cancellation of old policy no. 22277866, release of payment within 30 days and later on you can cancel the new policy also like commitments and after granting policy nobody is picking my phone including you for the last 10 days. This policy is not required by me due to my age and income issue.

I am giving hereunder complete details, how this policy was issued to me.
I had received a call from Mr. Ravi Kumar on 5/7/21 regarding heavy brokerage charges on my old policy no. 22277866 and advised me to surrender this policy and take a fresh one to avoid high brokerage charges on your policy and misguided me to cancel the policies after issuance and after that not picking my calls.

I had also discussed with Mr. Deep Narayan Gupta on request of Mr. Ravi Shankar over concall to confirme maturity amt. of old policy of Rs. 3 lacs. from Metlife Company for surrendering old policy with value of appx. 3.90 lacs. Mr. Ravi and Deep also confirmed Rs 90, 000/- bonus release for taking another new policy which he assured to cancel later on.
You are advised to return Interest on premium paid of Rs. 55, 000/- from the date of 15/7/21 to till date @ 12% on Rs. 55000/- come to Rs. 3300/- till date within 48 hours to avoid FIR and legal action against you.
