Dear Sir,
Agent of HDFC life sold me hdfc classic assure plus life telling wrong benefits. My policy no is 20439678 and my sister policy no. is 20423588 . hdfc life and its agent make poeple fool by selling products telling wrong benefits. My original policy documents were delivered on 6-June-2018 but hdfc customer care is saying they have delivered on 15-June-2018. Actually they give it to their agent and register that date as delivery date of original documents. They all are joined hands to fool customer. I want to return my policy in the free look period. but they refused. Its not correct. They fooled me and my sister just because this policy has 30% commision to the agent. HDFC life should be banned.
Hoping for refund of my all money i.e. RS. 8000 for me and 16000 for my sister.
