I had submitted 3 claims to mediassist tpa at the andheri office in the month of 11/2020. After giving so many reminders royal sundaram has denied and asked me to submit claim documents to their chennai office. Thus i have submitted documents to chennai office on 08/6/2021. To date no response from their end their customer care is very much busy so they are not in a position to reply on call..You are requested to look into the matter and take up the sme with royal sundaram and ask them to settle the same immediately...It's a long-pending issue...My son is no more...And i am a domestic worker selling vegetables on the roadside...As i have taken a loan from friends and relatives for my sons treatment /hospital exp on the ground that i will repay the same on getting the claim amount from royal sundaram..I am in a critical condition, pl help me getting my amount immediately.
