Respected Sir,

With due respect I want say that I have taken a credit card from Axis Bank Ltd in Sep-17 so they call me As a welcome call and offered a med claim through Tata Aig Genral Insurance co and said it is their corporate tie up with Tata Aig. So that I discussed their executive but at the time of proposal he admitted that you are fully covered for OPD & Medicines through their policy But when I was Suffering With gastic & acidity problem than I sent a mail to Tata Aig showing my problems that time they accepted and said you may checkup on your own cost after that we will be pay you after summiting Your bills so I have taken treatment in Delhi and produce my all paid bills scan copy sent them through Mail but they once given mail that you should be produce your original documents through courier so That claim may be processed but after a long wait they refused my claim showing their rules and act and Said OPD is no covered in such case but at the time of proposal their executive promised me that you are covered for OPD & Medicines and said it is totally transparent and our call conversation is being recorded for further issue . After rejection my claims I claimed that recording and sent so many mails but they did not provide me .After long wait and mail they denied to give me that recording and call me that claim not be processed and you may refund your total premium amount because recording is missing .Hence once I request them to provide that recording and for claim. Then yesterday as on 29.03.18 they sent me that recording which was totally edited and mixing because at the time our conversation was near about 30 to 45 minutes with three executives such as Axis Bank Credit Card, Tata Aig and which deducted my money but this recording is totally edited and misguiding to Me and IRDAI.

So I once again request you pls order to them to produce total actual recording it may be probe That Who is wrong? I request you pls look into the matter and take necessary action against them So that nobody survive for this dirty act which was done by them and warn them not to do such Type of activity to take business on false commitment because it is serious matter related to health Not a fun .they misguiding the public and earn the money and rejected claims after taking premium amount because it is their business not provide facility to public.

So once I request to short out this matter otherwise they should return my total premium amount.pls Help me in such matter.

Regarding your Ref.No.MUM-G[protected] I want to draw your kind consideration towards my claim which is still pending from 18.12.17.After a long correspondence withTata Aig. General insurance company no proper response given by them I pray to you that they sold their policy with false commitment through telephone when I forcibly said to them pls provide that recording which was done at the time of proposal as per their noms because that time they said this recording saved for any issue in future but yesterday they admitted that recording is missing so they are ready to refund my total premium amount which was deducted by them with cooperation of Axis Bank Credit card cell but now they are showing their rules now and not disbursing my claim amount because they are saying OPD & medicines not covered but at the time of proposal their executives misguide me and said that you are covered for any type of disease through OPD and also claimed for medicines but till today I am suffering for my claim .

Once I draw your attention that I also covered In ESIC in my company but due to their false commitment I Purchased their policy if I know that OPD & medicines not covered I never purchased their policy.



I also pray that if they provide me their rules before policy than why I claimed for that now they are refusing for disburse and showing their clause and act but I am demanding that telephonic recording which may probe who is wrong? I requested lot of times for them for provide that telephonic recording which was recorded at the time of proposal otherwise they disburse my claim soon...so pls once again I pray and request to look into matter and help me.

I had taken wealth plus of lic which policy number is[protected]. In this policy max. NAV is asserted at the time of maturity.but lic has paid ₹55625 although I have paid ₹60000 in three installments.so I want to claim max. nav amount in this period.
