Birla Sun Life — Confidential information of insurance policy is shared due to which I gets cheated and fraud happened with me.

Pathetic experience with so called India’s most reliable brand Aditya Birla Capital (Birla sun life Insurance).

I had purchased a life insurance policy from Birla Sun life in the year 2016.

After 4 years I got a call from system generated number where I was told that I have Birla sun life insurance policy(I didn't communicate anything about my policy to anyone) so do I receive regular updates from the company about policy benefits etc .

Also what I was told at the time of policy purchase by broker is correct or not? They told me that during corona many people have suffered due to false information given to them at the time of policy issuance so government has set up one committee to give true information to the customers.
They told me that they are forwarding my request to the Aditya Birla Capital about my concern and team will connect with me.
Next Day I got a call from person claiming himself from Aditya Birla Capital company and most surprisingly he had all the details of my policy like how much I pay in policy yearly or half yearly, what time is already spent with this policy, what is the maturity time of policy with benefits and recently what amount I have got at the 4th anniversary year of my policy(December 2020).
Hearing all the details I believe no one can have any doubt that the person doesn't belong to the Aditya Birla capital sun life insurance company. My question to Birla is that how my confidential information was transferred to third party without my consent? How my policy details was with someone who actually does not belong to Birla sun life insurance? I told to the person that yes I had given some false information from broker regarding policy maturity amount which is with respect to the bonus(i didn't take bonus amount serious because I know bonus is bonus and may increase or decrease but what broker actually suggested at the time of policy purchase is that bonus will be n times which was false information).
Then that person told me that if you had been given this information then we may forward your request to the insurance governing body and they will give you solution. I agreed on that.
Next day I got a call from person Named Manish Thakur(Mob no- [protected]) saying he belongs to insurance governing body and surprisingly he also had all my policy details. He discussed with me sometimes(I didn't convey anything about my policy as he had all the details of my policy) and told me he is forwarding my concern to the head office of Birla sun life insurance and they will connect with me and suggested me to told them to give back my money then I will take my complain back or else tell them to freeze your policy and give freezing number so that policy can be ported.
Next day I got a call from person(dnt remember his name, mob no- [protected]) claiming himself that he is speaking from head office of Birla sun life insurance and I have so and so complain, he told me that they cant give my money back and insisted to take my complain back but I refused. At last they told we are freezing your account and most surprisingly the amount with which it was freeze was all correct(was equal to the amounts I have paid to Birla in 4 years minus amount Birla has paid to me in December 2020).
Now with this freezing number that guy Manish Thakur Suggested me and gave link to reliance Nippon life insurance policy saying purchase this policy and your old policy amount will be transferred to the reliance and he make me noted down policy maturity benefits and what amount I will get at the end of 5 years with transferred amount as well and conveyed same will come printed on your policy bond paper and appointed one manager from reliance company.
Next Day I got a call from Neeraj Verma (mob- [protected]) who is saying he is employee of Reliance Nippon and my policy manager. He told me that in verification call I will get call from broker so don't tell them about policy merger and I will provide you merger details and policy details in bond paper as this process is getting handled from head office.
New policy was purchased and when I got the document I didn't get on paper what I was communicated. I followed up with Niraj verma and he is lying everyday since December 2020 that this will be done and taking time due to corona . Its been more than 2 months and I haven't received my document which was supposed to be.
I am trying to connect with these people(Mobile number mentioned above) and they are not picking up my call.

I feel have been cheated and fraud is done with me due to my confidential information shared with any third party due to which I got trapped. This was not expected from company like Birla sun life insurance. why you people push us to seek consumer court for justice…? This all happened due to my confidential information shared to third party which is highly unacceptable.

Birla team has not contacted yet .Seems this what Birla is doing business in India by selling confidential information to third party. I request Consumer complaints team to highlight this issue to them.

Its been 1 Week now and ABSL is not taking my concern seriously. what business model ABSL is adopting in india? Just by selling confidential information of customer they are trying to make money?? I urge consumer complain team to highlight this issue to ABSL once again let me get out of such cheating.
