not giving the correct bottle

i from uniworld garden sec -47 gurgoan tower -4 7th floor 703 complain- we have been taking bottle from starting of the may and today he came to give as bisleri bottle {20lt} and we gave him 60 rs he said its of 70 rs but since after a while he said ok fine give me 50 rs then as i asked why ? he replied that the water is not besleri and it was packed in a bisleri bottle so i have complaint to see over this mater as the bottle we got is not...

water which we are getting is always contaminated

i am Mr.Devendra A in our office we use to buy always bisleri water bottle 20ltr. the bottle which we getting is always contaminated or it is getting contaminated within 10 days we have even complainted to agency also, some white or green color particles are always present, but when we communicate to the Agency he is telling it come from bisleri they are not responsible for it & i m facing this problem for last 3months.

Foul Smell in Bisleri's water

We've been buying Bisleri's 20 ltr water bottle since the past 15 months. Recently, during the past month, a foul smell comes from some of the bottles. The bottles are sealed during purchase. There is probably something in the water itself. I have reported the shopkeeper, and he also says that more costumers are complaining the same.

I had blind trust over this brand, but not anymore...
Now i have switched...

Duplicate Bisleri 20L

This complaint is written on behalf of Residents from Ashok Nagar, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi.
We are really feddup.

This is to inform you that, there is illegal tap water filling plant & duplicate supply of bisleri 20 Litre water bottle supply in our area.

Writing this complaint to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided by Bisleri. This is my third order with Bisleri, and I am extremely disappointed to say that I am facing the same issue again. The bottles that I ordered 5 days ago have still not been delivered, despite numerous assurances from Bisleri's customer care team.

I had a conversation with Bisleri's customer care executive, who promised that the bottles would be delivered by today and asked the contact number of the area sales in charge, which they did not share. They informed me that the supplier's phone is switched off and that he would get back to me in a minute. However, I have not received any response from him, and the bottles are still not delivered.

This delay in delivery has caused me significant inconvenience and has left me extremely frustrated. I believe that this is a clear violation of the terms of service and has caused me undue stress and inconvenience.

I am having to buy water separately now. I have and infant and senior citizens at home. This ignorance and arrogance of Bisleri is causing harassment to me and causing immense mental and financial agony.

Please take immediate action and ensure that the bottles are delivered to me at the earliest. I also demand appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused to me due to this delay in delivery and the repeated failure of Bisleri to address my concerns.

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding a recent order that has yet to be delivered, despite multiple assurances from your team.

    My order was promised to be delivered on two separate occasions—both of which were missed without any proper update or explanation. To make matters worse, during a recent call, a voice process associate misled me about the delivery status, which further added to the inconvenience. I was finally promised a confirmed delivery by May 1st, but yet again, the commitment was not honored.

    This lack of professionalism and repeated failure in basic service is extremely disappointing. I trusted Bisleri for timely and reliable service, but this experience has been the exact opposite. I am now left without the product I paid for, with no clear communication or resolution.

    I request immediate action to:

    Ensure my order is delivered without any further delay.

    Provide a written explanation for the repeated delivery failures.

    Address the behavior of the associate who misled me.

    If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter further through appropriate consumer grievance channels.

    I hope to hear from you at the earliest with a concrete resolution.

      Hi,

      I recently placed a water subscription order with bisleri on 3/04/2025, with ID: SUB-252847. They did not deliver the order on the said subscription date 4/04/2025. Hence I cancelled the subscription and raised a refund request, till date they not sent the refund amount and when I raised a complaint no body is responding. On the website it is showing the refund has been initiated but I have not received any amount in my account (Rs. 873). I have tried reaching them out multiple times over call and via email also, but no response received as of yet. Kindly help in this matter.

          i m regular user more than 2 year.

          please look into.

          This issue happened not first time, since last 3 month it is occuring and your staff not supportive even then they are misbehaving .

            I had booked 2 cns of 20ltrs water from bisleri app. On[protected] with order id 00078267 by paying the requisite fee of rs. 173 (After coupon discount). Bur till now i. E.[protected] i have not received my order, no one is answering my call to the number mentioned in their website. Even i have tried cancelling the order but it is still pending cancellation and i did not receive my fee paid to the order.

              I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the quality of water delivered under the ticket #BSLRE-047-[protected].
              This follows a previous complaint with support ticket #142992, which has been closed without satisfactory resolution.
              Despite your assurance to monitor and maintain the quality of water, the recent delivery has been highly disappointing.
              The water cans arrived without any labels or barcodes, making it impossible to verify if they are indeed from Bisleri. The lack of proper branding raises concerns about the authenticity and quality of the product. I have attached images of the water cans received for your reference. The absence of Bisleri's identification on these cans is unacceptable, especially given the premium price we pay for your product. I request an immediate replacement of the non-branded cans with properly labeled Bisleri water cans. Failure to address this issue promptly will force me to reconsider continuing with Bisleri as a customer. The local water suppliers provide comparable quality at a lower cost, which diminishes the value of our ongoing subscription with you. Please take immediate action to resolve this issue and prevent future occurrences

                Hi,

                My Bisleri empty jar pickup request order id: BOTSA-001BA-5384374 is not yet picked up by the delivery agent even though the order was placed on 11th June 2024.

                The pickup agent SUDHI GOWDA with mobile number [protected] is not answering my phone calls even though it was scheduled to be picked up on 28th June, 1st July ? what should I do now ? How can I return the empty jars ? How can I get my 300 rupees refund amount back ?

                I had also called Bisleri CUSTOMER CARE team multiple times and they are just wasting my time and energy without providing any resolution and Bisleri CUSTOMER CARE team is always giving same response as we have already escalated this matter to the area sales manager, but even after that also nothing happens.

                Everyday the delivery gets rescheduled and pickup agent is providing fake excuses by saying "Vehicle got broke down", "customer is not answering the call", but delivery agent is not at all accepting my calls neither he had ever called me regarding the pickup.

                When I asked them to share the area sales manager contact details they refused by saying they don't have authority to do so.
                In that case how and where should a customer complaint ? How customer complaints will be resolved ?

                I have attached some of the sms that I have got promising for empty jar pickup. There are more such sms and emails from Bisleri but without resolution till date. It is today 2-Jul24 and the bottles are still lying at my premise.

                Can you help me and send me the deposit amount of 300 to my bank account immediately as I don't know whether the empty jars will be picked up ever ?

                If anyone from Bisleri management is reading this message please take strict action against such pickup agents who are providing fake / false excuses and intentionally not picking up the empty jars, they are just damaging the reputation of Bisleri in front of public and we will not be able to either trust Bisleri neither order again from Bisleri in future.

                Finally after calling the area sales manager, my empty jars were picked by by delivery agent on 3rd July. Post that after multiple rounds of follow up with bisleri customer care, area sales manager they have refunded the amount on 12th July.

                Anyone from Bisleri is looking into this issue or it doesn't matter to Bisleri, I request each and everyone never ever purchase water from Bisleri, they don't care at all and everyday their customer care team will give you new new stories but won't take any action, licence should be suspended for such companies who don't bother at all to resolve the customer issues.

                  I raised an empty jar pickup request on 11th Apr 2024 and it is today 16-Jun 2024 but still it the pick up has not happened. The below are the details of Pick up order

                  I keep getting automated SMS and email regarding pick up but till date i cloud not reach anyone nor no one called me for pick up.

                  Either the empty jar to be provided free instead of charging a deposit amount or Pick up to be made for empty jar as per the request as the customer has already paid.

                      I had raised an empty jar pickup request on 2-Jan 2024 and it is 23-Jan 2024 but still it has not been picked up. Only getting sms regarding pickup but neither the pickup team called me nor did they come to pick it up.
                      I had also called Bisleri CUSTOMER CARE team on 15th Jan'24 .

                      Today again I called Bisleri CUSTOMER CARE team and they assured that empty jar will be picked today for sure.
                      I got the pickup sms @ 8:31pm and @ 9pm I got another sms that pickup was unsuccessful and will be retried on 7-Feb'24.

                      This thing is happening week after week. Could the bisleri team answer me that why this ### is going-on day after day?
                      Extremely ridiculous and unprofessional behaviour that is very annoying now and totally unacceptable .

                        I ordered a weekly delivery subscription in Oct 2023. Its December end 2023, and despite regular weekly follow ups with distributor, area manager and ecommerce managers, I have received just 3 deliveries.                           I have a bitter experience with Bisleri customer care team (Order #BOTSA-003HY[protected]. They are highly unprofessional. It's quite disgusting talking and expecting any good service from Team Bisleri.

                          I have booked my refill days back and since long time every day they are giving false commitments. Very much unprofessional.

                            On 15th October 2023, I have raised a request to pick up my 2 20L empty cans which i had ordered, still there is no response and i had contacted the delivery guy so much and he has now said that he has gone to his village so he could not pick up the cans, is this behaviour you show to your customers?
                            I want my refund of deposit as soon as possible for the empty cans, otherwise i shall not hesitate to sue against you.

                                RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:
                                I, the undersigned complainant, wish to submit the following details for your consideration:
                                1. Details of Purchase : On 7th November 2023, I purchased two 20 liters Bisleri bottles from the authorized distributor, SATNAM ENTERPRISES, located at 49-B, Krishna Nagar, Mathura. The bottles bear the manufacturing details as follows:
                                • Manufacturing date:[protected]
                                • Batch number: SE-307
                                • Manufacturer: SE BEVERAGES PVT. LTD., KHASRA NO. 69, VILLAGE SEHTA, RUNAKTA-KIRAWALI ROAD, TEHSIL KIRAWALI, AGRA-283105 (U.P.)
                                • Bar Code:[protected]
                                • Lic.No. [protected]
                                • CM/L – [protected]
                                Photocopies of the purchase receipt and other details are attached and marked as Annexure-A
                                2. Allegations and Grounds of Complaint :
                                a) Upon consuming the water from one of the aforementioned sealed bottles, I discovered impurities and foreign substances, contrary to Bisleri's claims of rigorous 10 STEP QUALITY PROCESS and 114 TESTS, as well as adherence to the quality guidelines set by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS). My health, particularly compromised due to using the water enclosed in a Bisleri packaging, the complainant contracted Typhoid and subsequent Hepatitis-A, accompanied by liver inflammation, as diagnosed by a medical professional. The doctor advised the complainant to consume clean water, and it was disclosed that the complainant had been using Bisleri water prior to falling ill. Upon inspecting another sealed Bisleri bottle at home, visible impurities were discovered, indicating potential contamination, a matter that stands as evidence before this esteemed Forum.

                                b) In light of the aforementioned circumstances, I assert that Bisleri International Pvt. Ltd. has engaged in misleading marketing practices, selling a product that fails to meet the proclaimed standards of purity and safety as portrayed in their advertising, leading to tangible harm to consumers' health and well-being.

                                3. Deceptive Marketing and Compounded Medical Harm : In addition to the complainant's health adversities, it is imperative to note that the complainant's family members also suffered from illnesses including Typhoid, thereby incurring substantial financial costs and enduring physical and mental anguish due to the consumption of the aforementioned water.

                                4. False Advertisement and Consumer Deception: Bisleri's false assertions of purity and regulatory adherence, accentuated in their advertisements, mislead innocent consumers, thereby attracting them to purchase a perceived high-quality product at a premium price, hence constituting a fraudulent and deceptive act.
                                5. Unresolved Grievance: Despite my earnest attempts to seek redressal through Bisleri's toll-free complaint number, Ticket No:[protected], the resolution of the issue remains pending, manifesting disregard for consumer welfare and rights.
                                6. Prayers and Relief Sought :
                                a. Immediate refund of the purchase amount for the defective products.
                                b. Compensation for mental agony, health risks, and financial loss incurred due to the consumption of adulterated water.
                                c. Prosecution and punitive action against Bisleri for the dissemination of false and deceptive advertising.
                                d. Mandated rectification and quality assurance measures to prevent the recurrence of such incidents.

                                In view of the grave harm incurred by the complainant and the blatant violation of consumer rights, I beseech this esteemed Forum to adjudicate with due diligence, providing redressal and ensuring the safeguarding of consumer interests in accordance with the prescribed laws and regulations.
